In 30 years as an LCSW, I've seen that counseling can be a profoundly transformative experience for many people, and finding a counselor who makes you feel safe and comfortable is a critical first step.  Someone who both truly understands the challenges you are facing and can also recognize and address any underlying issues also makes a huge difference in how beneficial counseling will be for you.  This is where I can help.

In addition to specializing in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety and anger for decades.  I have also dealt with many other mental health problems.  And I have worked with a variety of different clients from individual adults to couples, families, teens and children, as well as survivors of sexual assault, physical abuse and domestic violence and with military personnel.  So regardless of the issues you are facing, we can work together to find a path to healing and success that is right for you.
